James Raubenheimer

Chief Executive Officer

James Raubenheimer, the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Change++, is a sophomore majoring in Computer Science and Applied Math with a minor in Engineering Management. His family is from South Africa, but he grew up in West Chester, PA. James is an Ingram Scholar at Vanderbilt University and is involved in many service initiatives in Nashville. As the CEO, James presides over meetings of the executive board and organizes new initiatives for the organization. James is very excited for the future of Change++ and to further foster the intersection of innovative technology and nonprofit organizations.

Robert Freitag

Chief Service Officer

Robert Freitag, the Chief Service Officer, is a student at Vanderbilt University in the class of 2021. Born and raised in New York City, Robert is on the pre-med track, majoring in Medicine, Health and Society and minoring in Computer Science. As CSO, Robert seeks out new opportunities to connect Change++ with nonprofits and other service organizations, and explore projects Change++ can undergo to maximize their efficiency and serve our community as best as possible. When Robert isn’t working with Change++, he loves teaching young kids science lessons through VSVS, Vanderbilt Student Volunteers for Science and hosts prospective students through Vanderbilt’s ‘Dore for a Day program.

Faythe Gomolka

Chief Operations Officer

Faythe Gomolka, originally from Boston, MA, is the Chief Operations Officer at Change++. She is a member of the Vanderbilt Class of 2021, and a double major in computer science and human and organizational development. As COO, Faythe is responsible for facilitating the project directors as well as ensuring the progress of each project group. Outside of Change++, Faythe is involved in an on-campus student consulting and investing organization in addition to a local organization that delivers leftover restaurant cuisine to shelters around Nashville.

Aksel Kretsinger-Walters

Chief Financial Officer

Aksel Kretsinger-Walters, the Chief Financial Officer of Change++, is a sophomore in the Vanderbilt School of Engineering from Atlanta, GA. He is double majoring in computer science and economics, with additional minors in mathematics and engineering management. As Chief Financial Officer, Aksel is responsible for fundraising, sponsorship relations, and budget balancing. Outside of the organization, Aksel is a Vanderbilt Engineering mentor, avid outdoorsman, sports fan, and member of Sigma Nu.

Omayow Adebanjo

Chief Marketing Officer

Omayow Adebanjo, the Chief Marketing Officer of Change++, is a junior at Vanderbilt University, majoring in Computer Science, and minoring in Engineering Management. His family is from Nigeria, but he has grown up in Orlando, Florida his entire life. Previously, Omayow was a Corporation Liaison for VandyApps, a student organization at Vanderbilt University, where he worked to educate, engage, and excite the student population about software application development.  Omayow is a Team Leader with Code Ignite, a volunteer Computer Science organization, where he teaches Computer Science to over 50 urban youth on a weekly basis. As the CMO, Omayow seeks to attract creative programmers, designers, and developers to the organization, as well as to recruit sympathetic organizations to contribute to and collaborate with Change++. Omayow cannot wait to see the impact that Change++ will have on our community and beyond.

Jarrett Perkins

Chief Technology Officer

Jarrett Perkins, the Chief Technology Officer, is a student at Vanderbilt University in the class of 2021 majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. Originally from Chester Connecticut, Jarrett spent two years abroad as a child in Germany before relocating to Princeton, New Jersey. As CTO, Jarrett oversees the technology used by Change++ and works to ensure that developers are creating effective, maintainable, and sustainable software. Outside of Change++, Jarrett loves working on his own independent programming projects and is currently delving into the world of natural language processing.

Taylor Pothast

Chief Design Officer

Taylor Pothast is the Chief Design Officer, who is student of the Vanderbilt class of 2021 double majoring in human and organizational development and computer science. She is originally from Chicago, Il, however she then attended boarding school on the East Coast. As the Chief Design Officer, Taylor serves as the contact point for any design and aesthetic advice seeked by teams. When not studying or working with Change++, Taylor can be seen on the Vanderbilt club field hockey team, the Green Fund Council and teaching kids how to love science in VSVS, Vanderbilt Student Volunteers for Science.
